Setting Questionaires

1. Place: the geographical location of the story - a country or a city, a large city or a smalll village, indoors or outdoors, or both.
    The places were both in Cornwall and in London, but most of the story happened in Cornwall.
Cornwall is  a city in England. Cornwall is quiet a large city, which the story most occurs by the beach in Cornwall. The story happened in both indoors and outdoors.

2. Time: the period in history, the season of the year, the day of the month, and/or the hour of the day in which the events of the story occur.
    There was no specific time in the story, but the period was when Lalla, the main character was 14, until she finished her college and got a job. It started when Lalla's father died and the whole family moved from London to Cornwall.

3. Social environment: the location of characters and events in a particular society and/or a particular social class (lower, middle, or upper class).
    The characters were the middle class after their father passed away. Her mother coundn't afford her child to live in London, so they need to move and live in Cornwall.
