Symbolism Questionaires

1. What are some of the symbols in the story?
    There are two main symbols in the story, the first one is London, London represents wealth, money and success. The second symbol is Cornwall, Cornwall symbolizes real love, family and home.

2. Are there any objects which seem to have a symbolic meaning? What are their meanings?
    There are no objects that seem to have a symbolic meaning in the story, mostly the symbols are the cities and the houses.

3. Do any people act as symbols in the story? What do they represent?
    There are two main guys in the story who act as symbols in the story. The first guy is
Allan, he engaged with the main character, Lalla and he symbolizes money, success and London. The second guy is Godfrey, Godfrey symbolizes true love of Lalla, because they met for a long time and at the end Lalla also came back to Cornwall for Godfrey.

4. Do aspects of the story's setting seem symbolic? In what way?
    Yes, the story's setting do symbolizes something. The two main places set in the story have some meaning. The first one is London, London symbolizes money, success and wealth, the second place is Cornwall, Cornwall symbolizes true love, family and home.

5. Is one symbol used thoughout the story or do the symbols change?
    The same symbol do remain the same in the story. They didn't change, although the author did not really use the symbols that much.
